Being from out of state, my sister and I wanted to try some eataries we wouldn 't find back home so we decided to pop in to this place. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, keeping it 's occupants cool from the outside elements. The restroom (womens) was clean and user friendly with a pleasant aroma. The customer service here is great, everyone was courteous, friendly and helpful. So me and my grandma came here and got handed our sandwiches then we both opened up our packages and our sandwiches were switched . Later ordered a to go order for my family and once again even asking them to label them they were switched . CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU BITE INTO IT ! Ordered food with door dash. First time having Pot Belly's. It was ok. The menu online was not a good as in person. Lots of things you can't eliminate or add on app. Sandwiches seemed smaller than Subway. Soups were smaller also. Lots of choices were missing from the app. Like different chips and soups. The salads were delicious.
I really like Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The food is good, but I wish they had whole wheat flatbread. The staff is excellent at customer service and keeping the place clean. I will definitely be returning after 9:00. The prices are a little high, but you get fresh food in generous portions.

I typically get the same thing. The consistency is fairly good, typically clean made to order sandwiches good selection of toppings unfortunately the prices like every where have gotten rough for families to afford. It is a good sandwich if that's what your looking for give them a try.
This restaurant is a must-visit! I ordered the Mediterranean dish and my sister got the BLTA. It was our first time here and we absolutely loved it. If you enjoy spicy food, I highly recommend trying the BLTA with hot peppers!
The customer service was extremely disappointing, particularly from one of the staff members. A message to the owners: if you want to cultivate a loyal customer base, consider reevaluating your team.
The worker there was rude and presented himself as a manager to a customer. I don’t like the way the person was treated as a paying customer who’s bribing you business. Do better. Be respectful.
