The management here is completely laughable. I ordered from Doordash for pickup and this location gave my order away to a dasher not even verifying the order on the person 's phone first. When I went to pick up my order, they never ever even said sorry for their mistake and refused to remake the order. These 18 year olds, who were apparently MANAGEMENT, have absolutely no skills in customer service. Instead, when expressing our frustrations regarding their refusal to remake the order, they accused my husband of being a Karen and threatened to call the cops because he was vocal with his mistreatment.This next generation of children are socially worthless, have no empathy for others, and lack...
The bearded man who wears his ball cap backwards and appears to be the manager has been impolite the three times I've been there. No hellos, thank you's, or smiles.Today he basically threw my bag at me with a stern look on his face then turned away.At least the other employees have customer service skills and are gracious.Next time I'll avoid him by going to Jimmy Johns or Subway. Both, are right across the highway.
I had to give this a one star. My veggie sandwich smelled and tasted like fish. I looked it up and this is what it said on a NUMBER of sites...The Foodsguy recommends tossing your 'shrooms in the garbage as soon as you detect a hint of fish: This smell is caused by an overwhelming amount of BAD BACTERIA. I tossed the sandwich. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!
We did two mobile pickup orders totaling 4 sandwiches. The atmosphere inside was chill and the workers were cool, they simply put our order up on the counter, no fuss.I ordered a Lucky 7 sandwich and it was really neatly made, delicious, and exactly as specified, and that seemed like the consensus of our other ones too. I recommend!

I work very close so I come and get lunch once a week. It’s my comfort food, I get it for lunch on my hardest days of work to get me through my day. All employees have always been nothing but delightful and such a joy. I love the perks program as well, it’s nice to get free treats once in a while.
The sandwich was good. They ran out of Dr. Pepper. I asked them to change it out. 10 minutes later, still no action... 30 minutes after a 3rd request, It was finally done. Plenty of staff, not busy, I shake my head.
How inconvenient is it to walk into an establishment and they are only accepting online orders — VERY A WEEK LATER STILL UNABLE TO PROCESS PAYMENTS IN STORE SO THE RESPONSE BELOW OF THEM LOOKING INTO IT IS A JOKE?
