Went there for dinner last saturday, and were not dissapointed. The street food options were varied, and tasty. The tamarind mocktail was yummy (although liberally sprinkled with chopped green chillies, its not for the faint hearted the husband gave it a wide berth) The lamb biryani was moist, tender and very well prepared. I did think a boiled egg on top would have completed the 'Hyderabadi ' feel. The service was excellent, we were especially impressed with the staff 's thoughfulness in arranging one of the sofa seats for us to accomadate our sleeping 5 year old. We were here for a work night out and were a fairly large group. The restaurant was busy but it was mainly couples and small groups so I think perhaps we were a bit noisy for the general ambience! That said the service was great, we were well looked after throughout. The food was really lovely, plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. Be aware some dishes are quite spicy (at least compared to what some people are used to personally I don't think that is a bad thing :
First time at Polti and didn't know what to expect. Booked ahead and welcomed at door and shown straight to our table. Busy Saturday night but staff very attentive and happy to discuss menu options. Overall lively, chaotic and noisy with superb food and drink. It was an experience we will not forget and we will be going back very soon.
The food is amazingly delicious! The service is perfect! Prices are definitely cheap for this food quality! Environment is cosy and welcoming with beautiful decorations. Requirement : you should like spicy food or you won't find your pleasure in this place

We have been to Polti a few times now and decided to bring my partners father here. We had a lovely night and the staff we very helpful. I always enjoy the food and variety of vegetarians is great. We will certainly be back again!
Took my Indian parents there for Mother's day. Mum is difficult to please, but she loved the food. Excellent food, great service and would love to eat there again.
The good and ambience was great. Service was very friendly and attentive but slow. Probably because they were very busy as the place was house full.
had a nice meal here with colleagues. Good food and service. Even managed to convince a noobie/sceptic that indian food is actually yummy!
