I took my whole family there. It was a busy sunday morning service. Food was good and table service prompt. After ordering over $100 I had to pay at the counter. I had to queue up behind the takeaway customers (x4) then the girl behind the counter says who is next ? She Then proceeds to look pass me and almost serves the next customer to the right of me. I stood very obviously in front of the barista with wallet in hand for 5 mins!! I said "hello" I am next! Lol.They had to ask me where i was sitting again - confusion and inefficient.A constructive suggestion is to give the bill and table number ticket to the customer so that you can turn over the table i.e. Get your staff to ask -" are you...
Me, my husband and our 6 years daughter had lunch there today, the food was decent and tasty, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the only downside was that the young waitress who served our table seemed to be a bit rude, no smile from...beginning to end, it was like we owe her money or something. She didn’t give us any water after taking our order, but gave all other tables water. when my husband try to get some water for ourselves the waitress just rudely said you cannot do that. The other waitress who took our coffee order later was nice and kind, anyways, to avoid this weird service in the future, we won’t be back.
I have dined at Pottery Green in Turramurra several times with my elderly family members. We enjoy the welcoming service, delicious meals, and amazing cakes. However, our experience has been dampened by the loud, bass-heavy music playing at the restaurant. Despite our efforts to ask for it to be turned down, we were ignored. The music greatly affects the atmosphere of a venue, so I would rate it higher if the restaurant addressed this aspect of customer comfort.
I went to this restaurant for brunch and was very disappointed. My appetizers were oily and not hot enough, and the coffee was so burned that I couldn't drink it. When I complained, the staff didn't care. The tables weren't cleaned properly after customers left. The price was high for such poor customer service. Came here for lunch introduced by locals who have been here before. Enjoyed the atmosphere and also interesting menu which has an Asian/Vietnamese slant to some items. Good serving size and food came quite quickly. Some of their specials run out so good to go...early otherwise you miss out.
Pottery Green is a great local cafe. They have really nice pastries and breads baked daily and a nice selection of meals. Only negative is that take away coffee in the mornings can be slow. The coffee is good though, so worth a short wait.
steak sandwich under average, baked eggs with tomato average salmon salat bowl cut. carrot cake dry. good coffee. good service beautiful environment. but, it will try elsewhere than food to give it up.
This is our third occasion for takeaway dinner from these guys tasty, healthy and something for everyone. Can’t rate the food highly enough we will never have takeaway Thai again.... Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Friendly staff. Nice ambience. A lovely place for brunch, lunch or just a snack. Love the burgers! For around $12, it's really good value for money in a suburb like Turramurra.
