This restaurant serves the most delicious waffles and I have recommended it to many people. However, I was disappointed when I ordered scrambled eggs but received over easy eggs instead. When I informed the young woman who took my order, she simply said she wrote scrambled and didn't know what happened. She made no effort to fix the mistake. This shows a lack of training on her part.
This restaurant is fantastic. From the delicious taste, perfect consistency, and beautiful presentation, this place excels in every aspect. The in-house roasted coffee is exceptional and surpasses any well-known brand. It's rare to find a place that offers both exceptional coffee and food, but the Poughkeepsie Grind is definitely at the top of that list!
Amazing! The food is delicious, the coffee is hot and tasty, and the people are the nicest baristas I've ever met. The music is great, and I love coming to sit and write for hours at a time. I had a small mix up when they were really busy, and the owner himself came out to help get it cleared up! Also! Their chicken waffles are the best I've ever had ;

A great addition to Poughkeepsie! The coffee and atmosphere are very enjoyable. I hear the food is good as well, but I haven't tried it for myself yet. Thanks to owner Patrick for following thru with his dream.
This small restaurant is fantastic. The breakfast wrap I had was delicious. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
