Poutine can be called ok at most. Fries taste undercooked, barely any cheese, sauce is decent AT BEST. Very disappointing for a spot that specializes in poutine . I try poutines at every restaurant I go and my friends and family call me the poutine expert. Pretty bad experience, and I didn 't even mention how small my 10$ poutine was... A 10$ poutine should be a lot of food for one person and this was pretty small... I didn 't even finish it even though I was still hungry because of how bad the fries are.
Their fries taste like burned oil and the service is ultra slow. I have literally never seen a person put French fries into a cup plain hot dog into bun so slowly. Total waste of time and calories.ETA: Further flabbergasted by the owner's response. Did you taste the fries last Friday evening? Don't sit here and argue with me. Either you don't know what French fries should taste like or you didn't eat them
prefer this place over New York Fries which used to reside here. fries are cooked got the extra cheese and the worker double layered so that the gravy melted the first layer pf cheese!! got the large and the portion size was big enough to probably share! dont think it deserves all the bad reviews as it looked and tasted fine and fresh to me!! honestly delicious!
I went there on a Saturday at lunch time.The service wasnt to slow even with a lot of people there.I took poutine with the butter chicken and it was fine.The poutine is good sure.The prices however are a complete joke.Around 10$ for a poutine that is not really big.It is a complete rip off.The only ok deal is the specials of the day option.

With 10 dollars I was trying to buy a poutine and a drink, but then realized the cost was 11 dollars. The man was nice enough to give me a free drink! 5/5 for service!
Slow and unbothered. People in a rush on lunch break and one worker is taking his time and doing one order at a time and just standing around. Not worth it
Fries really undercooked, took the extra cheese but there was less cheese then any poutine I ever ate... first and last time for me.
People say the poutine is gluten free misunderstanding theres a different sauce that is gluten free
