My sister and I took my mom to a spa day here yesterday and all I can say is WOW! We got the Escape Package and it was one of the greatest days we have had in years. My massage was done by Michael, and I can honestly say that guy is talented. He took years of tension off. He was very professional and basically figured out my life story through my body. No joke. I was amazing. You will understand once you book him (do it ASAP, you're welcome haha ; I woke up today feeling like a brand new person, relaxed, stress free (which is like unheard of for me and ready to take on a Monday workday. My daughter and I have been here since July 8, 2018, for a few days. Since it's the off-season, we've been treated wonderfully by the friendly staff, and with so few guests at the pool and restaurant, we're really pleased with our choice to stay here! The views are absolutely stunning, and the groundskeepers do an exceptional job maintaining the landscape in such a desert environment. The front desk staff, valet service, coffee shop staff, bartenders, and restaurant personnel are all attentive and incredibly welcoming. Overall, this is an incredible place, but it’s the staff that truly makes it special. Haleigh and Tori, the poolside attendants, were exceptional and were always on top of their guests' needs. You absolutely cannot miss the tapas tasting at the Prado with Chef Luis—bravo! He did an amazing job; the menu was a burst of flavors! LaVina ensured we were well taken care of during our tasting and even took the time to suggest drinks that paired perfectly with some of the tapas. We had such a fantastic time; the only downside was having to leave!
What a beautiful place with beautiful scenery! Was there for a conference and stayed a couple extra days. The hotel is beautiful and the spa is amazing! Was right there by Camelback mountain so of course we had to concur that and words can’t even explain how great that felt. Marco was the best bartender I’ve ever experienced anywhere before. He made our experience amazing. His customer service is out the roof. He makes everybody feel so important and takes care of everybody so well. It was a great experience at the Omni. Enjoyed a relaxing day at the spa with my Mom. We both work in the Salon/Spa industry and we enjoyed getting to be the guests. Absolutely loved it! I was gifted a massage for my birthday and it was wonderful! After the massage I’d have to say the whisper room was my favorite. Individual Tempur-Pedic beds for resting and napping was a dream come true! We also really enjoyed the pool and the very relaxing environment overall. We felt totally pampered!
The property is lovely, and the mountain view is stunning. It is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My only question is why valet and self-parking both have the same daily rate of $22. Nevertheless, I would definitely book again and recommend it to others. If you’re going to park, you might as well choose valet since the price is the same!
I can’t put in words how amazing my experience was. You all definitely exceeded my expectations. I Highly recommend this place to anybody traveling in the Scottsdale Phoenix area. Also be sure to do the Joya Spa while visiting. It was so worth the money and then some. Best massage I’ve ever had! I will def be staying here many times again in the future.

Not only are the spa and pool awesome, the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a nice and relaxing time while here. The customer service alone makes it worth coming back. Others could definitely learn a thing or two from how this place does things.
