Regarding the rooms: they were equipped with air conditioning, comfortable beds, and we hardly heard other guests during our stay. As for safety, there were a few minor issues, but they were addressed promptly, ensuring all guests felt secure. Elenor and Stephen handled these situations in a professional and timely manner. In terms of food and drinks, we enjoyed meals from the Brewers Fayre next door. The prices were reasonable, and the quality was excellent. We had both breakfast and dinner catered here. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice, the hotel was well-maintained, and it was quiet. If I had to be picky, the only area for improvement would be the WiFi. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location all as 5 out of 5.
