Really disappointed. Lots of little things went wrong that could have been either avoided or dealt with more promptly. Our room wasn't properly stocked up. There was an unpleasant incident in the restaurant and those involved had not been asked to leave. We couldn't get our shower to turn off without intervention from maintenance. It clearly says in the room you can request a non-slip bathmat but it took them a day and a half to find us one, but only on the fifth time of asking. Our TV was not tuned in properly, we couldn't do it ourselves as the function was locked and no one responded to our request to have it sorted. Worst of all was the trainee on reception.
