The food was delicious and the decor was stunning, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service! The staff was warm, patient, and incredibly accommodating to our family member with special needs, who wanted to choose their own cake. This was our first visit, and we were extremely impressed with both the service and the products. The picture doesn't capture how amazing the cake really is! We will definitely be returning customers.
I ordered a custom birthday cake, and they did a fantastic job; it turned out exactly how I wanted. The communication was quick and easy. Nico was very friendly and even offered me some complimentary treats to try, all of which were delicious. He also helped me secure the cake in my car. This was the best service I've ever experienced, and I will definitely be coming back often!
I visited the Lake Ronkonkoma area today and decided to stop by this restaurant after seeing the reviews and photos. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the selection available at noon on a Friday, especially compared to what I had expected based on the pictures. There wasn't much variety to choose from.

Ordered Strawberry Shortcake for the wife, one of the best we had! Very fresh and lite, will be back for all our cake needs. This place always smelt amazing when ordered and picked up.
