Walked in 12 mins before the store closed (2:48pm). The two girls behind the register were visibly disappointed and begrudgingly took our orders. After I received our orders, I said thank you to one of the girls and she murmured something under her breath, which for sure was not “you’re welcome”. If you don’t want customers coming 12 mins before closing, perhaps close the doors? Oh by the way, the coffee was subpar. The espresso tastes like it was pulled from a used puck. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but I would’ve been better off getting my coffee from Dunkin’s.
Prep Coffee is an absolute gem of a coffee shop! The pastries and bagels are a work of art, freshly made and bursting with flavor, making each visit a delightful experience. They make everything in house EVERY MORNING! And let's talk about the coffee it's simply outstanding, perfectly brewed and always hits the spot. They have some incredible bakers and baristas who are constantly thinking of new things and every time I come in there are new items available with locally sourced ingredients! Love it here! Seriously an absolute gem of a small business!

I can’t believe I just discovered this coffee shop. BUT so glad I did. The place is a great little quiet shop where you can take your laptop and work from. Staff is super friendly. Coffee one of the best in the area. Because it was Easter time I got the Easter Peep Coffee (cute idea). Coffee though was super tasty. Didn’t have the after taste from Dunkin or Starbucks. Highly recommend a visit.
I used to be a regular at the red bank location and I use to love it until it closed. I came here because I missed the coffee and it was better than the amazing red bank location. Love this place, amazing coffee, amazing pastries and such sweet staff. 10/10 would recommend.
This place blew me away, just had a Burrata toast, and it is the freshest that I’ve ever had by far!! This place is amazing and so is the staff. My compliments to the chef.
Prep coffee is the best! They have the most delicious pastries and love their flavored lattes, especially the rainbow cookie and coconut macaroon!
