The service at this store is one of the best with speedy attentive service. The food on the other hand was a different story with over baked hot food that was tepid not hot, smaller sized hot drinks, as well as sub-par baked goods. Choices seemed to be limited. I maybe unfairly comparing baked goods from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, USA, Italy, France and Korea raises the question of why the UK standard for baked goods is soo low. Having worked and tried globally it's disappointing to experience baked goods which lack freshness, crunch, and thorough baking. I'm sure the French God of Baking would be most disappointed. I recently visited Pret A Manger at Ealing Broadway, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the cashier was not friendly at all. Despite my efforts to be respectful and polite, she was somewhat rude in her responses. Additionally, the cleanliness of the location was lacking. Several tables were visibly dirty, and the table I chose to sit at had bent legs, making it crooked and uncomfortable to use. Overall, this visit did not meet the standards I expect from Pret A Manger. I hope that management can address these issues to improve the experience for future customers.
My family and I were served by a lovely young lady today but the whole visit was ruined by the disgusting attitude of the one of the staff members making the coffees. The way they spoke to the young lady serving was awful. It was quite embarrassing to see younger workers treated so badly by older staff members.
Really nice young man who served me you made my day, sometimes it's just someone asking you how are you. ThanQ also thoroughly enjoyed my chicken with stuffing and cheese hot sandwich.

Set in Bicester shopping village, this venue has the consistent quality of all other Pret A Manger venues. No toilets in the cafe but toilets available close by.
Despite always being busy, there's always a good range of food available and you get served quickly. Loads of nice seating too! What more could you so for!?
Only coffee chain there so they overprice their menu and you're better off getting a coffee at one of the independent
Great place and friendly customer service with smile I highly recommend stopping by for a cup of coffee

Pret was very busy but the service was fast, the cafe is massive with plenty of tables at the back.
