One gave me one napkin and one fork even though the food was for several people. Complained when I asked for more. I asked for a bag to take the food to go and asked me if I couldn't just carry it. The food was less than memorable.

Charging points only positive, the big guy at the till was very rude, till wasn’t taking cards, just cash, and restrooms out of order apparently (probably can’t be bothered to clean them! . And the expensive mocha I bought was poor quality, not like Pret in the U.K. Food is overpriced too, even for Americas slightly higher standard. $10.5 for a tuna baguette is ridiculous. Almost double U.K. price.Only good for phone charging, don’t bother otherwise.Guy at the front needs retraining, rude!
This was a great place to grab a healthy lunch before going to a 3pm show nearby. The falafel wrap was fresh and tasty and we picked up some nuts and muesli bars to eat at the show. Service was quick and atmosphere nice.

I buy Pret literally everyday and this shop did not only mistaken my iced order for hot but also will not give water which the other prets always do.
The quality of the food is no longer what it used to be. It was excellent before the pandemic, but since then, it has declined.
Libby, our server, was so friendly and helpful. The ambience was neat and clean. My pre-show cookie and coffee were delicious!
Great spot for a quick bite! They offer a variety of salads, sandwiches, soups, juices, and desserts. Highly recommend!
