The restaurant has areas with a walkway in between. When you enter the lighting is dim, there is a bar to the right and seating to the left. Wait staff is attentive and professional. We were a party of and went here to celebrate my BF birthday. The bread is good. We ordered stuffed clams, and mac and cheese for appetizers. They were both delicious. The main course was just ok. Nothing special and not worth the cost. I ordered the Filet. I like my steak to have a salty flavor, so I ordered a butter garlic sauce. Our meal cost nearly $200, and while that's not an issue in itself, I believe you should get it right when you spend that much for two people. I ordered prime rib cooked medium, but it came out medium rare; however, I chose not to send it back. The ambiance was acceptable, but my main concern is whether I'll return.
One strange aspect was when I ordered my two sides—baked potato and macaroni and cheese. The server informed me there was an extra $3 charge for the mac and cheese, which I reluctantly accepted since it was our anniversary. However, I was surprised to see this upcharge on something that wasn't indicated on the menu.

As many know, Prime Table and Market Tavern are owned by the same person, but we prefer the atmosphere at Prime Table. I simply asked whether we could bring a pizza from Market Tavern for our older children, who often dine at steakhouses. A polite manager would respond with a straightforward, "Unfortunately, we cannot allow that." Instead, this manager was rude and condescending, speaking to me as if I were an idiot.
I will not return until this situation is addressed, and even then, I may just feel too disheartened to come back, which is disappointing because the staff is wonderful, and we really enjoyed visiting regularly.

I had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 for its quality and flavor. The service was equally impressive, also worthy of a 5, as the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The atmosphere was enjoyable, though I rated it a bit lower at 4; it was pleasant but could use a touch more ambiance. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

We made a reservation for 8:30 and were seated right away. However, it took about 20 minutes for someone to come and take our drink orders. We ordered appetizers, but they didn’t arrive until our main dishes were served—and they were cold. The bread was also served incorrectly. While they did give us a discount, the overall service was really poor. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. Additionally, a party of six at our table was told the kitchen was slow, yet we noticed that other diners who arrived after us received their food without any issues.
Best restaurant in town. Pricey, but you get your money's worth. The staff are all wonderful. You can tell they have very high standards here. I have been here about 10 or 15 times since they opened, and I have never had a bad experience.
We've never had a bad meal or poor service. Wonderful ambience, great food, especially the prime rib. Super fun bar, very good staff. Extremely romantic... Need I say more?
The food was incredible! The drinks were fantastic, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The total bill for three of us, including tip, came to $300.
