The food at this restaurant was excellent! The service provided by Candace was exceptional, even when my steak was slightly overcooked. Both she and the manager were very apologetic and quickly brought me a perfectly cooked replacement. Candace was an amazing waitress. I celebrated my girlfriend's 23rd birthday here and found the prices to be very reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. Next time, I would choose the filet over the ribeye. Overall, I would rate my experience a 9 out of 10. The bill for three people was only $350 including tip, but Candace's excellent service deserved more than the included tip.
The atmosphere and service at the restaurant were fantastic, but the food left much to be desired. The corn was bland and lacked any flavor, the mashed potatoes tasted like they were made with too much water, and the lobster Mac and cheese was just average. Despite ordering my steak cooked medium, it arrived well-done.
Wife and I visit pretty often, so this one hurt. Steaks (both) cooked over, one was tuff as nails, waitress was not interested in delivering a great service. I think the fact that they automatically include the 20% gratuity hurts the service levels.

Love this restaurant. Food is always great. I try other steakhouses but always come back to Prime29. I'm glad it's close to home makes the decision extra easy.
it was super busy last night with a party so our eating was delayed. but the manager took care of us and the food was delicious!
