Absolute Joke. We were regular diners at Attivo. Tracy was always accommodating. I have been twice now to this joke of a place. Went with a group of 8 people and were told we cant open our wine on weekends...what?..ok.. we can put up with that...ordered our meals, The waiters are italian from Milan and can barely speak English...we had to explain 4 times what we wanted......the two risotto's that were ordered were barely edible and were sent back...the excuse from the kitchen...sorry they were made this morning and not fresh...what?...My meal did not arrive...all the other people were nearly finished their meals when I finally asked if mine was coming...a blank look from the waiter...oh!.. t...
Worst costumer service ever. The waitress that served us was very unexperienced and the experienced one didnt know what she was doing, plus they didnt know anything about the menu, after we choose our meals they advised us that they were not serving the whole lunch menu and them they gave us the proper menu, and the food we choose was exactly the same, so it was just a hassle and waste of time since we were really hungry! They dont have a post machine so our coke came with no gas, yack! Also when our meal came, they forgot to give us cutlery so we have to take from another table! Was a bad service but the food was ok! Went there on a Thursday night for first time . When we wanted to order the waitress came with pen in hand but when trying to order she did not speak English , I asked for the other waiter and she walked off without apology . When ordering wih second guy were told that there were no chips as had trouble wih supply of potatoes ? . Therefore disappointed 12 year old . Told that we could have roast potato to replace chips with chicken parmy but it only came wih salad .. no apology . Food was actually ok but not going back
Primo Cucina Tapas. We had the Italian tapas, it was supposed to be 8 courses, but when the waiter came with an extra pork belly with mash, we accepted it with pleasure. They were all great,and each one had their own special touch. My favourite was the crispy gnocchi. Each plate was quite a good size, by the time the last dish came, I could barely finish it. The spicy risotto with asparagus and prawns was delicious, and still had a bite to it. The service was professional. We loved it! Thank you for a great night! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Tuesday Night Special. My husband and I ate at Primo Cucina and ordered the tapas special, which is available on Tuesday evenings. We enjoyed everything about the restaurant: the decor, the service, the music and especially the food. There were eight tapas dishes apiece, and we had to take the last one home because we could not eat any more. All of the food was delicious. A glass of good house wine for each of us was also included in the special.
I'm Italian and I was in Primo Cunina restaurant one week ago with my husband and my two kids. At the beginning a kind waiter welcoming us with a friendly smile. We food was very good, excellent balance between price and quantity and quality. Defenilitly a very good restaurant, high level of service and excellent food. Sorry for my English but I think that is important to let this restaurant know.
Great Night. We went here on a Friday night with the girls, we were looking for a nice restaurant where we could have a chat and a laugh. The staff were great. The waitress had good recommendations and knowledge of the food and wine. The main meals were of good size and the BBQ prawn salad was delicious Very pleasant evening had by all
What a breath of fresh air since the new owners have taken over! The food and service is amazing!! We had the Barramundi Parcel and it was to die for!! Will definitely be going back to this place to try all their dishes!! Highly recommended!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
