Primo sandwiches are absolutely second to none! My experience actually does not even involve my sandwich. 25 minutes BEFORE they were supposed to open I went to open the door and realized they were closed?.before I took one step to walk away theyopened the door and let me in!!!!! In a world where customer service is becoming a thing of the past, their Avalon store whenabove and beyond to help a customer! I would recommend them to any and all!!!!
Primo sandwiches are truly unparalleled! My experience with them began even before I got my sandwich. I arrived 25 minutes early, ready for them to open, but found the door locked. Just as I was about to walk away, they opened the door and welcomed me inside! In a world where customer service often feels like a lost art, the staff at this Avalon location went above and beyond to assist me. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone!
I tried the food from this restaurant while on vacation, and I was impressed! The Italian sandwiches and cheesesteak were tasty and packed with generous portions of meat, although I wasn't a fan of the 12-inch roll. The pasta dishes and desserts were delicious as well. The service was excellent—friendly and quick. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. I think you'll be pleased with your meal!
I visited over Labor Day weekend, and the food was, as always, excellent. I always order the Italian sharp provolone, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they prepared my sandwich, especially considering it was a busy holiday weekend. Tried their food from the upside app when on vacation. The italian sandwiches and cheese steak were great tasting with a good portion of meat though not a fan of the 12 inch roll. Their sides and desserts are delicious. Excellent friendly quick service.If your in the area, try them. I believe you will be happy with their food!
I actually went on Labor Day weekend the food is always good as I always have the same thing Italian Sharp prevalone I was surprised at a busy holiday weekend, how fast it made my sandwich and it is one of the few primos that I was that actually cut your sandwich in half, without this place definitely earned its five stars
I always have a great experience ordering from this Primos. The person who took our order over the phone was wonderful, the food was perfect, and the delivery was fast, even on a holiday weekend. We'll definitely be ordering from here whenever we're in town.
