My family and I have always been great customers of primos. Until today, when my Dad was next door at advance auto fixing my car. He decided to walk over to primos unsure if he was going to get something. He decided to use the bathroom and afterwards looked at the menu. My Dad realized my car was done, so he left. That’s when a female employee chased him outside yelling rudely at him to not come back in the store if he wasn’t going to buy anything. We come in primos regularly, so this was a shock to us that she would even say anything. Needless to say, primos just lost a whole family of customers!
Just wanted to leave a review to help anybody that might be in the same shoes I was in. Down from Charlotte visiting family and read differing reviews, some saying it's great, some saying it's just another Jersey Mikes. I like to try local places and I'm glad I did, it is def a step above and worth checking out. The bread is fresh, and the meats and cheeses are quality, you can taste the difference. I was impressed and the sub was next level. I can get JM wherever, when I'm in Mt Pleasant I'll def choose this place
Incredible subs and hoagies! I had been hearing so much about them and finally decided to check it out today, and I'm so glad I did! The staff greeted me with warmth, and my hoagie was absolutely delicious. The bread was incredibly fresh. This place is a fantastic addition to Mount Pleasant and has quickly become my new go-to for fresh food!
I absolutely adore Primo Hoagies! I dine here at least once a week, particularly on Wednesdays when they offer $2 off on primo sizes. The service is consistently outstanding, and the two owners are wonderful, always ready to answer any questions. The food is a solid 10 out of 10. You've got a lifelong customer in me! Food: 5/5

Always hot and delivious chicken cheesesteak subs! Big chunks or real, fresh, te der, juicy chicken with melted cheese! I am drooling just thinking about it.There no other place like it!Remember ... it's a Hoagie! Not a sub.Mmmm. Mmmm!!
I had another fantastic lunch at PrimoHoagies today! The sharp Italian sandwich was delicious, and my son really enjoyed his Buffalo chicken sub. It's a lovely spot with friendly staff.
Owner was super nice and they made a solid sandwich, though it is rather pricy for a sandwich. I think I got a roast beef and turkey and it was 14 dollars.Food: 4/5

Food is really good but prefer to order delivery because every time I go in the restaurant the staff has been either rude or unpleasant.
Always delicious! Every single person that works there is friendly. And they have Herr's!
