I brought my visiting family and was disappointed by the service and food. I would not recommend this place. We made a reservation for Saturday and when we arrived they said we did not have a reservation. Upon further checking they accidentally booked us for Friday. At this point only outdoor seating was available and it was hot out. Our waitress had to repeat our order 3 times and forgot to bring us water. She didn’t seem fully with it. We ordered bruschetta and although the portion was good there was a lack of flavor and the bread was stale. We were told to order chicken with the pasta because the pasta portion is small. We took the advice of our travel guide, Lonely Planet, and it did not let us down. The restaurant has a simple appearance and is situated away from the upscale shops and dining options. However, if you're looking for the best authentic Italian cuisine at reasonable prices, along with exceptionally friendly and attentive service, this is the spot for you! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience!
I went to Primos last night I noticed the menu had changed no meat what so ever no chicken and no veal my waiter told me that they opened a Primos 2 which is a high end restaurant now so I had the pasta rigitoni it was just OK they used white pepper which if used can overpower everything else my mouth was burning maybe it was just me sensitive to spice..
We arrived at around 6:30 PM and were promptly seated. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. My partner and I shared an appetizer, salad, and entrée, and we left feeling very satisfied. The fried Brussels sprouts were fantastic, and the fettuccine chicken Alfredo was equally delightful!

Complete mismanagement with a dash of racism, voila! We ordered just one dish and 3 tables after us got many of their dishes served right by our eyes. Everyone got condiments except us.
Worst place ever if you are not white. Racism at high level. Brought our food later than people who arrived after us. We just ordered two dishes and it took about 45 mins.
Shrimp Alfredo was pretty good. Not a huge portion so an appetizer would fill you up if you go super hungry. Very friendly staff. Great place.
I had the chicken parmesan sandwich and it was amazing. My son had the calzone amd that thing was huge and great tasting.

We celebrated our 19th anniversary dinner there, and it was very enjoyable.
