Called in last Friday afternoon and was surprised to find it so deserted. But sat out in the beer garden and had a pint of Spitfire. Nice inside and friendly bar maid. They even sell Tayto crisps ,possibly the only one in London that does, nice touch. Handy for Tower Bridge etc Will certainly call again when next in the area.
This restaurant was exactly what we were searching for - a charming old-fashioned pub that serves delicious food. They offer a variety of Thai dishes prepared by a Thai chef, as well as traditional British options such as fish and chips. The best part is that it's away from the typical tourist spots, which adds to the charm.
Love this little pub, it's my favourite place to go for a pint while visiting London, all the staff are wonderfully friendly and welcoming and I purposely book hotels nearby excellent selection of drinks, lovely Thai food and cosy open fire
Maybe it’s because we’re not Londoners… punters okay, staff mediocre, landlady sooooooo…. unwelcoming- not be returning. Next to a Leonardos hotel- you’re missing a trick but so disinterested to deserve to.
I stopped by for a drink and a quick meal at this traditional pub with a small garden. The menu offers typical pub food as well as Thai dishes. I tried the Mossman curry and it was excellent.
Just back from dropping in for a drink , lovely pub but extremely over priced, we got a pint of spitfire, a double gin tonic and two orange £27 , won't be back here again.
Great little pub with outdoor space tucked behind it. Home cooked food and good choice of drinks at the bar. Lovely old building which caught our eye and drew us in.
an absolute jewel in all the chaos. justin and lisa were very nice and welcoming. it quickly became our favorite place after a crazy day in the office.
The combination of traditional dishes and Thai cuisine is a successful one at this restaurant. The jukebox and beer garden are standout attractions.
