Group of 20 pre-booked. Weren’t ready for us. Waited an hour before getting a glass of fizz which was warm because not enough fridge space, no ice cubes etc. said they weren’t aware we were having Prosecco. Over an hour before a sandwich appeared. Over full tea pots meant they leaked over table. Asked for water 4 times before it came. It’s scandalous. No apology or explanation. Just excuses. Never again.
