We ordered a big family meal from Priya Lounge on the 7th July for my mothers bday meal, and I must say I am very happy we chose this restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious! We had ordered about x9 mix tandoori starters which was a great choice as it came with a variety of sheesh kebabs, chicken tikka lamb tikka, for the price and the taste is was a bargain! We visited this restaurant in a Groupon 3 course meal voucher. Voucher included starter, main course and a pudding. Some people have complained that you have to pay for sides ie, rice and nam bread. But that’s is totally reasonable for 17 voucher for two people for a lovely3 course meal! Plus the waiter told us that sides were extra at the start so there were no hidden costs. Absolutely shocking service. Booked a voucher via groupon after the recent lockdown. Despite booking a table and getting an email confirmation of this when getting to the restaurant the waiter claimed there was no booking or that they even use groupon. Despite me showing the voucher he claimed that we had the wrong restaurant and should look online where to go. Lovely curry house in the centre on mosely. Has a wide selection of food on the menu and is always prepared great with friendly staff. Used this place a few times with large and small groups and each time have been impressed. The restaurant is also licenses which is helpful. Overall well worth a visit. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Visited recently with friends and yet again had a very good meal, but... With us being the only customers (circa 9.30 pm) we felt as though the staff were waiting for for us to go, so they could close up... a shame really as the food is consistently very good.
I’m an unabashed curry snob. Can’t help it, so may as well admit to it. The food was fresh, nicely presented and absolutely delicious. I was expecting something a bit pedestrian and granted it’s a British take on Indian food but it’s done really well.
I'm a regular now for take aways from this restaurant and have to say this is the best Indian restaurant in Moseley. Excellent service and very tasty food. Cannot and will not fault it. Superb !
