Went out for my husband's birthday and he wanted to try this place. We decided to sit at the bar. The bartender sat down a couple waters and asked if we knew what we wanted to drink. I said I was ready and my husband asked to see a bar menu, so she instructed us to use the QR code and walked away. I told myself she must have assumed I was going to wait in him to order my drink? The QR code took several tries since it's on a shiny metal coaster. There's a nice variety of bourbon on the shelves, beyond the menu they show online. We took a few minutes and reviewed the food and drink menu and then waited, and waited. She never came back to us for our order. After over 20 minutes with no contact,...
Went here for the first time last week because we heard good things about it. The food was really good but the service was horrendous. Our server told us that he “didn’t work here, and he didn’t know why we kept asking questions about the menu”. Second, we were a party of 8 and they weren’t very busy as there was many open seats and we all had ordered waters. Twice throughout dinner one of our friends had to go to the bar and ask for the whiskey bottle they fill the water with to fill up all our waters. She filled the waters up and then ran out of water so went back up to the pair to have the pitcher refilled to continue refilling our waters. Our friend, who was suppose to be enjoying dinner...
Amazing bartenders and servers, the food, beer selection and cocktails are the top of the line! The staff there has never disappointed me, and always surpasses my expectations by offering perfect recommendations for food and drinks, always creating a great atmosphere, even very fast and efficient (my glass is never empty)!!! The owner (Elton) is always there to conversation with the guests and ensure that his restaurant and bar meets and exceeds expectations! Would recommend everyone and everyone!!
Love the atmosphere at this place. The drinks however are inconsistent. Every time I go the same drink tastes different. Also the bartender at the outdoor bourbon lounge wasn't very friendly.
