So Pro Pig has two sides to it the restaurant and the brewery. This location is the brewery (which is literally around the corner from the restaurant). The setup is fantastic you grab a seat and use the QR code to order. There are a few apps and tacos for food and an extensive beer list. The beer was great. The tacos were okay a little bland but the housemade hot sauces saved them from obscurity the sauces were delish. What really shines about the brewery is the atmosphere. We made a stop at Prohibition Pig Brewery on our way to Burlington after a friend's recommendation, and we couldn’t be happier that we did! The beer was excellent—I sampled a few IPAs, and they were all impressive. My husband tried several varieties and enjoyed each one. The BBQ was fantastic; I had the pulled pork, which was perfectly smoky and sweet, and the brisket was incredibly tender and flavorful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. This ended up being one of our favorite dining spots during our weekend getaway to Burlington, and we definitely plan to return!
Was planning to dine at the Pro Pig but didn?t expect a 45 minute wait on a Monday night in late October so went to the brewery/pub instead. The beer was ok, but not great IMO. I had the American Lager and Belgium Ale. The pours were small, maybe 8oz each. The food was tasty but the portions were tiny. More like tapas than a meal. Expect to order multiple dishes to satisfyif you?re hungry.

Good spot in Waterbury. Some of the best smoked meat I have had. Brisket was on point and the pork was delicious. Get the Mac and Cheese. That shiz was the bomb! Cheddar was so velvety smooth. The staff was super nice and very friendly, they gave somegreat recommendations on what cheese to get while visiting the Cabot cheese shop. Two thumbs up from me!
Pro Pig is worth the visit! We had 8 in our group and ordered two Buy the Farm meals, see attached picture. The meal came with a couple bottles of bbq sauces and a vinegar bbq sauce. The food was excellent, the drinks were cold, and they had something onthe menus for everyone. Great place to hang out!
Arrived and there was a line already forming 3 minutes prior to open. Food did not disappoint! Some of the best pork I've had in my life. Great cocktails, good beer, and wonderful staff. Spoke to one of the owners at the brewery and she was awesome. Can'twait to come back
We love Prohibition Pig. Best BBQ in Northern Vermont. Do not leave before you get the hush puppies. Super nice staff. Celia the bartender is great. Are only request is to add a veggie burger! but we guess it might off brand!

Had dinner here recently and our whole table loved the food. The host and wait staff were also fantastic; helpful and attentive. Looking forward to going back when we are in town again.
Brewery side had just as good of service and a lovely menu. Nice to have indoor/outdoor seating options.
