Good basic fried food, also some salad choices, ice cream cones too! Arrived close to closing time, waitress was professional, yet rather cool for someone in her line of work. Order was taken quickly, food arrived quickly and was good for the price, very generous with the fries. Posted closing time is 8:00 PM, which in most cases indicates when no more orders will be taken. At 8:15 PM the waitress turned off the lights. This is one of the rudest things I've ever had happen in a restaurant. I realize it was late but the less than welcoming attitude and turning off the lights without a word makes me say that there won't be a return visit.
This is gem in Sheridan. The bacon cheese burger and mushroom burger very thick and they were fresh and juicy. Tator tots were very hot crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Homemade Beef vegetable soup was very good. The waitress had a wonderful sense of humor. Will go there again. It's not a drive-in. Sit down restaurant. The service was quite unpredictable during my visit. However, the food was consistently good, especially the chicken strips, which were excellent. If possible, I recommend opting for takeout rather than dining in. This isn't because the ambiance is lacking; rather, it's due to the inconsistent friendliness of the staff. Enjoy the food, but don't count on exceptional customer service.

The food is consistently excellent, and I've never been let down. The owner runs the kitchen with impressive speed and a strong commitment to the community. One standout staff member has been with the owner for many years and is truly exceptional. They use high-quality ingredients, all expertly prepared.
