Wouldn’t come here again for an açaí bowl… Normally açaí bowls are vegan, but all of their açaí bowls have whey in them. Ask for no whey to make vegan. Bowls are supposed to be $12 but I asked for the nutty butter base (no whey) with bananas, blueberries and strawberries and they charged me $3 extra for the fruit topping, somehow ended up being $17 for 1 bowl. Granola just seemed like crushed up nature valley granola bars… No peanut butter drizzle available, just gave me a container of pb to add on top. Açaí base had very little flavor. Mediocre for such an expensive bowl…?
Don’t come here this place is terrible. It’s a great concept that thoroughly under delivers. My Spicy Thai Chicken Wrap was a bland grilled chicken and lettuce wrap. I had to ask for the peanut sauce that they forgot to put on. Someone tell the chef you can make healthy food with flavor! With all the gyms around and lack of healthy food in the area, you’d think they’d figure it out. Wish I read the reviews before coming. Will be discouraging anyone I know not to come here. The last doozie is the wrap and water was $22.
Service was fine but I ordered a salad, which was gross, and there is literally no flavor. They charged me $26 for the vegan salad, additional chicken and a juice. I can order all of this at Sweetgreen for half the price with flavor! I'm sure their shakes, juices and breakfast options are better but they need to work on the flavoring for the dressing. I couldn't even finish eating my salad.
The food was clean and probably healthy but didn't like the taste of the food much, not my cup of the tea lol. Have tried it once and not planning on going back. The place need to bring taste to the food. There are plenty of other good food options around.Food: 2/5
