We had coffee here a few times when we were in Llandudno on holiday and it was top top notch every time. I was trained to make amazing coffee over a very long time by someone who owned his own coffee company that he created from scratch and sold for six figures back in the 80’s (that was a lot of money back then) There was nothing he didn’t know about coffee and I mean nothing. So I know my stuff when it comes to top coffee. The coffee here is impeccable and impeccable every time. How this place is 25 on trip advisor is mind boggling I don’t believe there is 24 better coffee shops in the whole of Wales let alone in Llandudno. Visits with a friend. Coffee was lovely but the staff were very unprofessional. A member of staff was discussing something personal in a very loud manor. The shop had ourselves and two other parties in there was we all made eye contact as we couldn't believe it. It was also quite chilly. Not half as good as the one in llandudno town. I wont be coming back.
Really disappointing. Cold and uninspiring surroundings, no decor and no atmosphere. Cake choice disappointing. Service not friendly but just does the job. No choice of coffee blends and no choice of coffee type i.e. cafetiere, drip etc. Seems odd for a coffee house . Was expecting an experience but couldn 't leave fast enough. Americano was ok though.
Always wonderful coffee (quite strong), served with a smile. On this occasion I just had coffee, but I know from past experience that the blueberry and lemon bakewell slices are sensational, and the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels are good, too. Excellent coffee,smoothie and toast before train journey to London. Service was excellent. Sat downstairs but extra seating upstairs. Ideal as railway station no longer has a cafe Can also pick up some good quality snacks for the journey here
I waited 15 mins after paying for my coffee (for two takeaway coffees) despite there being no long queue and 5 people working behind the counter. The coffee wasn’t that great either. Such a shame this place used to be one of my favourites.
Nice atmosphere, good barista. I had a very tasty mocha, and sat in the upstairs seating area. Free WiFi thankfully. Compared to Costa etc, you only get what I would describe as a ‘medium’ sized drink for the price of a large £3.20)
Sainsburys staff recommend this place as their coffee machine had broken. We only had drinks but it was lovely, young man that served us was very polite, nice to see him busy cleaning, wiping around the tables Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wasn't expecting to find coffee this good here. Glad I trusted the satnav! Much easier than going to the sister shop in Llandudno when you come from the south.
