We started with the buffalo cauliflower appetizer, which was delicious. For my main dish, I ordered shrimp scampi, while the others had scallops, stuffed flounder, and chicken pot pie. Everything was incredibly tasty, and the ambiance was very enjoyable. Our waitress, Sarah, provided excellent service as well.
We split the bill, and after leaving, I received a call asking if we wanted to adjust our tip because we accidentally tipped twice. We requested a slight reduction, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and would love to return in the future.
I really enjoyed the food at this restaurant. The French onion soup was excellent, and the two lobster rolls were very fresh. However, there was a bit too much garlic in the mussels for my taste. The service was prompt, and overall, I had a great experience. Just a heads up: parking can be a challenge during busy hours, as there aren't enough spots available.
It was a rainy day, but we found a perfect spot to cozy up indoors and watch the waves. Our group of five enjoyed their meals, and our waitress, Megan, was a pleasure. I always appreciate going to Proving Ground for both the delicious food and the stunning views, whether it's pouring rain or shining sunshine.

I met a colleague for an early 5:15pm dinner. The food was excellent and a live band went on half way through dinner. Would definitely recommend eating here!
The Cajun mani and the cheesecake were both fresh and delicious—absolutely a perfect treat!
