We had been to this pub many years ago and sampled one of the many beers available......the range is enormous. The pub is situated in a square (Place de la Republique) at the centre of Levens village. We arrived this year after a spectacular bus trip from Nice Vauban in the late afternoon and had lemon tea and a croque monsieur. Service was rapid and friendly...and the croque monsieur excellent. Levens at this time of year is a peaceful sleepy 'village perche'. It has beautiful views to the surrounding mountains. The bus journey and this pub make this a "MUST VISIT" if you are staying in Nice

a charming and typical little bistro where you are always welcome! The labellized bagnat is to fall! Drinks and dishes are of quality! really a great place where I'll come back without a doubt.
an astronomical price for industrial ice cream I dare not know the price of the dishes on the map but it is the only restaurant on the village square then!
