I love this publix because it's always so clean. But deli management is so poor. Whether I want to order in person or online there's never chicken ready. I do not understand why they have to wait till chicken runs out to put more to cook. If you are ordering online you will have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes on top of the time the app gives you. Please train your manager, so he can run the deli and always have food available and not wait, our community had grown so much and items must be kept in order.
I love Publix...but today wasn't my best experience...pre-ordered subs and waited an extra 30 minutes for them. Baggers NEED better training (this is all Publix lately), including how to use reusable bags that Publix encourages.
I bought popcorn chicken for the first time. They were too spicy for me. My Grandaughter loved them
