The ambiance was great. The food was very good except for the little rocks in my calamari ink rice. The desserts were great; especially the fudge pie and mango cheesecake did find an eggshell in it . The servers seem harried and a few items had to be requested twice. Had to request children's menu more than once. There were six of us; but didn't expect the automatic inclusion of the 22% ! gratuity in the bill. I like to decide the tip based on service received.
We had the paella, pappardelle, and bouillabaisse. The paella and pappardelle tasted similar. Both lacked flavor. The sausage in the pappardelle tasted old and made the old dish tasted day-old. The paella was so wet and tasted like tomato. The bouillabaisse was like a bowl of tomato soup with lots and lots and lots of black pepper. I love black pepper but not a full bowl of it. You can’t tasted any seafood flavor except black pepper. I would not go back.
The food was excellent. The service was decent. It was difficult to pay the bill when we were finished eating. I asked our server a bunch of times but she still didn't bring us the check so I could pay it and go home. Other than that, this was a very good experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves good food of any kind.
The atmosphere was intriguing, and the views were lovely. The service was commendable. However, I found the food to be quite bland and lacking in seasoning. Additionally, the prices were steep for the small portion sizes. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
This is a classic restaurant with amazing food and drinks. It has proven to be one of the resilient survivors of the COVID-19 pandemic. They remained open and fully operational even during a rough and wild storm.
Delicious Peruvian-style food especially the ceviches steak salad! Eat outdoors w/ fab view across Hwy 1 to Pacifica State Beach.
The service, food, beverages were great and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view! Thank you! We had a nice evening!
