We just had dinner at Puerto 27 and will never go back again. The food was mediocre at best and the service was the worst I have ever experienced at a restaurant in 40 years of dining out. We had to tackle an employee to order desert after we sat for almost an hour without any server coming by our table. There are two bathrooms for a massive restaurant and a 15 minute wait for the bathroom. Pacifica should investigate this restaurant for a building code violation for having only two bathrooms for a huge place like this. To add insult to injury, we were charged a 22% service charge for the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. If you want lousy food and incredibly bad service...
Everything at Puerto 27 was excellent! Thank you! I initially wanted the roasted chicken, but was told it was sold out—just like the last time I visited. I was quite disappointed, but then the staff double-checked the menu and confirmed it was available after all. It was absolutely delicious! Also, a quick note—the bartender crafts a pretty impressive Espresso Martini!
The food was exceptional, and our server was incredibly attentive to my medical needs, making us feel truly special. The dining room was immaculate, and the beach-facing windows were perfectly maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves and spotting whale spouts as we ate! I thoroughly enjoyed the food at Puerto 27. I had the lomosaltado, and my husband chose the branzino. The servings were very generous! The ceviche was outstanding, and I strongly recommend the fried sweet plantains. We were seated near the door to the outdoor patio, so I kept my coat on during the meal. I will definitely be returning!

Everything we ordered for our group was delicious. The only drawback was that the serving of the crevasse was a bit small. The restaurant was busy and a little noisy for conversation, but we managed just fine. Overall, we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the food, drinks, company, and the beautiful sunset!

The food was excellent—everything I ordered, and I ordered quite a lot, was perfectly cooked and delicious. It's a great spot to take your wife for an anniversary dinner.
Attentive service and a delicious meal. We shared the Classic Ceviche, Adobo, Lomo Saltado, and Pollo a la Brasa family-style, and all three of us were fully satisfied.
