We really wanted to. With a delicious taste for Mexican foods both Mexico and California, we were looking for something similar in Cartagena. The restaurant, as noticed by others, is hard to find in the night. Her name is painted on the front of the building, but it wasn't the night we were. I spent a lot of time in Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta Mexico. I would like to leave some advice for individuals who want to travel to Puerto Vallarta or Nuevo Vallarta. First, beware of fake Uber drivers. After dinner in a fish restaurant, I ordered a Uber trip home. A car arrives at the desired time. It is the same brand and model as the car I expected. I'm going home. When we arrive, the driver says: “You have to pay me for the ride”. I'm surprised to say the least. The driver asks for 150 pesos. I want to avoid a possible conflict. The setting, the resort , the weather , and the food are what people look for when they are planning a winter get away. One never thinks, are the staff friendly , and helpful , and literally tripping over each other to make sure that you enjoy your holiday ? One never considers the time and effort that is made to encourage visitors , to join in , or try for the first time . Often then , they join in every day after , and return home saying they played darts , tried spin class in the pool, or yoga, or a pinacolada , and ossobucco and it was a great holiday ! Nada para resaltar, comida muy mediocre para ser sincero, pedí una entrada de queso fundido con chorizo, y pues la preparación fue poner queso en un plato y cocinar con el microondas, y esparcir trozos de "chorizo". Resultado un plato sin sabor lleno de grasa y unos totopos grasosos. Las enchiladas verdes fue lo que más daño mi cena, las tortillas estaban crudas el pollo sin sabor y la salsa verde sabía a puro limón. El lugar es acogedor, y bastante tranquilo. Atendido por la dueña, que a la vez cocina y tiene un trato muy cercano y amables con los clientes, haciendonos recomendaciones y explicando los platos. Los platos buenisimos!!! Tanto la carne, como las tortillas, y las verduras estaban exquisitas, todo muy fresco y se notaba que estaba recien preparado. Por lo mismo se demoró un poco en llegar la comida, pero valió la pena. Precios muy razonables y accesibles. Es el mejor restaurant que hay en la zona.

We arrived very early, had difficulty in finding the place, pleasant surprise when we finally located the restaurant. Next to the shop on the corner, big wooden gates. Great margaritas, we had a shared platter for two, taquiza with beef. Delicious and very fresh. The staff were not overly friendly at first. We were the only customers. The owner came to see if our meal and drinks were satisfactory, which they were. Definitely go again. Nice courtyard setting, a little to dark for me to see.

El lugar es acogedor, limpio, bien ornamentado y con buena sombra. La dueña o encargada resultó ser una persona amable y de gentil trato. Sonaba música orquestada un tanto melancólica en lugar de folclore mexicano. Las quesadillas estaba ricas, los tacos de bistec sabrosos, los tacos guisados ricos, aunque algo reseca la carne de pollo y vacuno. Quizá lo exiguo de las raciones fueron el punto bajo para 2 de los 4 comensales.

El sitio es bastante agradable y la atención muy especial. Te hacen sentir como en casa. La comida simplemente deliciosa, en una semana que me quedé en la zona, tuve la necesidad de comer allí 3 veces para poder degustar la mayor cantidad de platos. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

El sitio es muy acogedor, la zona segura y tranquila, la decoración es típica mexicana.Nos atendió su propietaria quien nos recomendó la bandeja mexicana que estaba deliciosa, la margarita estaba deliciosa.Los precios son económicos
