I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner! The food is excellent, especially the Shrimp Parmigiana and Chicken Parmigiana, both of which I found to be outstanding. The service was also good, though there’s a bit of room for improvement. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking available, making it convenient to visit.
I ordered two large pizzas for pickup and, upon arrival, found out they never received my order due to issues with their printer. They were in the process of making my pizzas when I got there. This was my first time ordering from them, and it definitely left a poor first impression. When I got home, both pizzas were extremely greasy—I had to use up an entire roll of paper towels to soak it all up. When I tried to pick up a slice, it literally fell apart. I'm not sure if they were just having an off night or if this is typical for them. Either way, it’s disappointing, especially with so many other authentic pizza places to choose from in Sayreville.
My wife and I have just started to order from Pulcinella on a regular basis, and I took My son after telling him how good the food is to Pulcinella, after a movie and we showed up at 9:15 , and asked if we could be seated, and the owner was asked, and we were told no, because they closed at 10pm. My son was on leave from the army, and was leaving again on Monday. I wanted My son to relax and enjoy his last few days at home. We took the food home and it was great. Overall, the dining experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely potential for enhancement across the board, including the food quality, service, and atmosphere.
This dish is genuinely one-of-a-kind and not something you can find in Oklahoma. I'd rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
