Oh muh gawsh! If anxiety and depression was a business Upon entry, the business is clean and they play nice waiting music but the staff looks extremely unwelcoming and miserable. They don't smile amongst themselves or towards guests and they just callout your order, place your stuff on a counter then walk away whether you acknowledge you heard them or not. I expressed myopinion to the cashier who just kind of laughed it off but remained cold and rude. After waiting awhile I noticed my order onthe counter. I like that pulp is in Euclid. I wish it would open earlier like the other franchises 7am. I wanted to start going here before work but I have to take my business elsewhere like Dunkin or that nutrition shake place in the plaza. Please ask the employeesto pull their pants up especially working the front line its nothing like seeing someone make your food and their underwear isshowing. Makes the place look trashy
The staff is friendly enough, but they don’t allow customers to use the restroom. I just spent $16 on two drinks, yet I have to go somewhere else to relieve myself. The drink I had was very sweet, but they don’t offer water. It’s nice to have a juice bar close to home, but it makes me feel like my money would be better spent at a place that genuinely cares about their customers.
no complaints from this location, i only come here when i?m on that side of town. everyone don?t do things the same but i can definitely say ole girl put her foot in my smoothie tonight. i didn?t show that drink no mercy at all. i love pulp and i hopethey stay the same with their recipes. i hope the company would come out w/ more foods or change the menu around

The employee at the register was extremely rude and lacked basic people skills. The drinks were quite disappointing and overpriced—$11 for a kid's size and a regular drink is just too much. I won't be returning.
Need new staff old staff was better placed online order waited 20 minutes to get and and when I came in store order wasn’t ready had to wait again whole lunch break waisted
Staff is so friendly. They answered my questions and seemed happy to help. Juice is delicious and store is very clean. Will definitely be back
First timer. I had the Hulk, kale, spinach and a few other items, it was great! Will be going back very soon.
