Pizza is good but there’s almost always a super long wait for food. It didn’t look too busy when I arrived but they must have had a ton of takeout orders. 40 mins wait for one pizza. The time before it was the same long wait, although that time the restaurant was packed. How far in advance would I need to place an order online to not have to wait here so long? I’d rather order in restaurant. If you have to order online, Punch Pizza should let customers give their phone number and send a text when their food is ready because I don’t want to order and have my food sitting a long time. I met up with a group of friends, and I really appreciated that we could sit and have a conversation without feeling rushed, even though the restaurant was fully booked. I found the dough to be a bit on the salty side. We all placed our orders in different ways—some called in for takeout, some picked up, and others ordered in person. The salads were served quickly, but one of our orders was missing an item, so I had to approach the staff to remind them about it. Later, another order that had been placed at the same time took a little longer to come out. While I waited, I enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the ebb and flow of customers coming and going.
My wife and I tried to have dinner at this restaurant on Friday evening. We ordered a salad and two pizzas and were informed that it would take 30 to 35 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes, we followed up and were told that our order hadn't even printed yet, but they would expedite it for us in five minutes. When we checked again 15 minutes later, they had no idea where our order was and ultimately just issued us a refund. The staff here seemed very inexperienced and unable to manage the busy dinner rush. Worst of all, they appeared indifferent to our situation. Keep this in mind when making your dining decisions.
We visited this restaurant the day after Thanksgiving. When we placed our order, we were informed there would be a 30-minute wait, but our food arrived even faster than that. The pizza was delicious, and the sauce was well-prepared. While it may not be the best wood-fired pizza available, it offers great value for the price and is definitely tasty. The rosemary focaccia was enjoyable, but some parts were a bit too salty, possibly due to uneven seasoning. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick weeknight dinner. I wasn’t sure what to order at Punch Pizza, but I received excellent assistance from an employee named Rachel. I ended up trying the Margherita Pizza with sausage, ham, garlic, feta, goat cheese, and parmesan. The staff and atmosphere were fantastic, and the pizza was absolutely delicious! If you're a pizza lover like I am, definitely ask for 'The Rachel' pizza – you won't regret it. Special thanks to Faith for the photo! Service: Dine-in.
The food is fantastic but what is even better is their customer service. I received 2 call backs in a matter of minutes regarding my order change. Love this place! I placed my order at 5:49 and was informed at the register that the wait would be about 30 minutes. I didn't receive my pizza until 6:58. I understand that the staff was working hard on a busy Friday night, but I wish they would provide more accurate wait times. To make matters worse, my pizza was missing the pepperoni, which was listed on the receipt.
