Having to pay a weekly winter visit to Kilmacolm, this restaurant just gets better since reopening a couple of years ago, with among the best pizzas and tiramisu I have tasted despite many visits to Italy. The staff are most attentive and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere congenial with families of all ages enjoying themselves. Kilmacolm is indeed fortunate to have such a quality restaurant with such extensive opening hours. It was a bleak place in which to spend an evening before Pieris reopened.
Popped in here for a bite to eat for lunch. Service was really quick and the menu,though not huge,had something to suit all tastes. The minestrone soup was a meal in itself. Amazing value at £3.95. Food was freshly prepared and piping hot. Don’t miss this gem in Kilmalcolm.
Very decent, just not that special. No candles, decor more day time gelateria than night time warm and welcoming. Pork with mushrooms good, pasta with bacon mush, pesto and tomato the star attraction, seafood spaghetti under seasoned. Pinot Grigio keenly priced.
We live nearby and eat here a lot. The food is consistently good. We love the puddings, the tiramisu is to die for and the carrot cake is yummy. The service is excellent, we feel lucky to have this restaurant so close.

This is our favourite local restaurant. We eat here a lot usually on a Sunday when there is a very reasonably priced set lunch menu. The food is always good as in the service and the puddings are so good.
Oddly emptier than deserved, though multiple carry out pizza orders also being processed. A big clinical despite flickering candles, all those white lights and walls..Lovely staff and attentive owner.
This is our local restaurant of choice. We often eat here and the food is always good. Service comes with a smile and the puddings are to die for. The tiramisu and carrot cake are exceptionally good.
Food is good ...wine is good, happy to recommend ...cafe atmosphere. Smallish menu. Good place to go if you want a drink and food and you're local. Decor modern and clean

One to avoid if you are hoping to go with your young family as they 'don 't do high chairs '. They didn 't even bother to try and accommodate us.
The ice cream in Pieris is the best I've ever tasted. Good old fashioned homemade Italian ice cream.
