Upon entry we was introduced and my boyfriend and I chose to sit near the back. He ordered the chicken salad with sweet potato fries and I ordered French toast with a side of turkey bacon, sunny side eggs and home fries. Also, we ordered the FRESHLY SQUEEZE orange juice. All I can say is WOW ! Even though my boyfriends sweet potato fries were soggy, he enjoyed the salad. The chicken was nicely grilled and to a good crisp. Breakfast ..... BEAUTIFUL ! We both would certainly come back to Putnam again !
I've always ordered to go from this restaurant, I've never dined in. The omelettes here are are amazing and the food is consistently good. The other day I ordered a chicken Cobb salad but didn't realize I should have specified what dressing I wanted-also, instead of the classic lettuce, the salad contained only spinach. I was expecting more of a classic Cobb. Chicken was great however and the ingredients tasted pretty fresh.
It may not look like much from the outside but what a find! The food is excellent and the service personable. This is a family run business amongst all the high end competing restaurants and shops. Prices are reasonable and food is good. The deserts are a must. The coconut cake with ice cream was very generous and some of the best I have had!
Yes every time I have been at the Putnam restaurant the food has been Great and the Service has been fantastic service and I have been going to the Putnam restaurant for Many years and The Owner is a very good Chef and So is the short order Cook Javier I Vote 5 Stares for the service and 5 Stares to the Waitress. I love this place. Eggs Benedict are really good. Service is polite and efficient, even when they are slammed. For the area, the prices are super reasonable. I have come here mostly with my husband, but have gone alone and they don't make you feel awkward about it. Just go and try for yourself!
Fast friendly service. Large menu with a wide variety. Fair prices and overall just good diner food. Wine and beer also on the menu in you want it. Easy place to grab a quick bite and even sit outside now. Great spot on the Ave.
Was hungry for a good simple comfort food breakfast a I came to the right place. Excellent friendly service and delicious food cooked up just right! Had the plain waffle, bacon, and fresh brewed coffee. Perfect.
