Ordered wings, two orders of fries, hush puppies, ribs, pulled chicken, brisket, pulled pork, collard green, two. Mac N cheese and two hot dogs. Dunno how you dry out cheese and chilli on a hot dog but you done it. Brisket was dry as chalk and crumbly. Mac N cheese was worse that Kraft. Plain dog and wings pretty good. Fries mediocre. Since June 15, 2024 things have changed negatively. New staff. When I get hot dog my topping has been reduced by at least 75%..Today cashier said I would get extra topping it came out 75% less. When brought to my table, I complained waitress said would brung me more...Brought me a tablespoon of extra topping....I may stop coming here. Been coming since they opened years ago. A NEGATIVE: Customers rewards only occurs if your bill is over $20. My bill was $16, I gave a $5 tip (total $21) and the cashier system said since it was less than $20, I didnt get a $1 reward...Chili's and Outback give rewards when your total reaches a level they count every purchase you make. Had the sliced brisket sandwich with side. It was $15 for my meal. It was very fresh and melted in my mouth the mac and cheese was very cheese but I just wanted some mac and cheese for a while. I forgot to take a picture I was so hungry but it looked very appetizing too. If I’m ever in town again will definitely be back
Food is always good. My issue is the cashiers, everytime I am rung up, I feel rushed and I don't have time or even remember to put in my number for my rewards. They don't even ask about rewards. Have to say, this place is pretty good. The barbecue brisket sandwich melts in your mouth and the fries were piping hot. Been here a couple of times now and really enjoyed it. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. Prices are good too at around $15.00 to $20.00 per meal. Will definitely be back.
This is one of the most consistent BBQ places I have been to, and everything is good from the sides to the meats. Collards are cooked perfectly, Mac and cheese is great, ribs, brisket, wings, pulled pork are all great. I think the only thing I have not tried is the burnt ends because they are always sold out
Food was amazing, they young man who took my order seemed a lil slow but maybe he was high who knows. I would highly recommend the pineapple hot dish, burnt ends &ribs those are my 3 personal favorite. But everything I had was amazing. So much so I went 2 days in a row
