I cannot recommend this place at all! The staff were extremely rude, making our first and last visit to Qdoba quite unpleasant. The prices are outrageous; for one quesadilla, chips and salsa, and a drink, we were charged $17.00. The quesadilla was soggy, and the cheese wasn’t even properly melted. I quickly requested a refund. Furthermore, the seating area was dirty, and it seemed like it wouldn’t have taken much for the employees to get up and clean a table. There were plenty of signs that pointed to a negative experience, and I really should have trusted my instincts!
This restaurant has really declined in quality. During my last few visits, my food has taken ages to arrive, and it's been incorrect every time. I placed an order today at 10:56 AM, and it didn’t arrive until 11:21 AM. Thankfully, I checked my bag, because my burrito was missing. I followed the instructions provided by Qdoba, but all I received was a response saying they were too busy to reply, and I never heard back. I used to frequent this place regularly, but they’ve officially lost me as a customer for good.
I had hoped things would improve, but today was no different. I placed an online order with a pick-up time of 5:48 a.m., but knowing how slow their service can be, I allowed an extra 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later, my food still wasn’t ready and I was completely overlooked at the pick-up area. I wanted to give them another chance, but the staff continues to disappoint. This place has been consistently frustrating, and I’ve decided it’s time to find a new place to eat from now on.

The young woman at the counter seemed uninterested and expressed her frustration about having to clean up after her coworkers. She mentioned that someone had taken the tip jar from the register and emphasized how vital tips were for her as a single parent. This made me feel inclined to leave her a tip. However, once we sat down to eat, we found our food to be cold and unappealing, which led us to throw everything away. We won't be returning to this restaurant.
I was making deliveries, and the only good thing I can say is that their food is prepared fresh. Unfortunately, the staff appeared slow and unmotivated. My order had already been bagged and was just sitting there. When I asked if everything was included, the woman at the counter responded quite rudely, saying they were still working on it. A few minutes later, without adding anything new to my bag, she declared that it was ready.

Additionally, the soda machine was out of order, leaving me with just sweet tea or diet cola as options. Despite these issues, everything else was good. The food was decent, but the ground beef wasn't great—I can actually make better ground beef at home. The fountain soda machine was out of order, so my only options were sweet tea or diet cola. Aside from that, everything else was good, and I would recommend this place to others.
