I cannot recommend ordering through the app, especially at the Montrose Qdoba location. Over the years, I've had several issues with incorrect orders placed via the app, including the last two. During my most recent order, my bowl was missing guacamole, so I made sure to check this time. I was pleased to see the guac inside and headed home. However, when I transferred my order to a bowl, I found there was no rice, which is indeed listed on the receipt.
With the removal of the impossible bowls from the menu, my motivation to order has declined. If I do choose to order in the future, I'll probably go into the store to ensure all the ingredients are included—honestly, I think that's what they...
This place is horrible.They are expensive for what you get. They make a mistake you pay for it. My husband and his brother went in for lunch. He ordered surf and turf the guy asked him what kind of meat? So my husband said surf and turf. The guy still wanted to know what meat? So my husband said chicken. But then never got the shrimp that was supposed to be in it. And then when he asked about it he was charged for the shrimp. So he ended up paying almost forty dollars 40.00 for 2 meals unacceptable. And when he questioned it , they were rude about it and still didn't rectify the situation. So basically they made a mistake, and my husband paid for it. Unacceptable customer service.
The food is consistently simple, but high quality and affordable, making it hard to go wrong. The staff is friendly and efficient, which is a plus. As a 20-year-old in the food service industry, I also appreciate seeing younger faces working here. It's counter service, so one table might be a bit dirty, but that's the only downside to the atmosphere. Overall, it's a comfortable place with a user-friendly setup.
Picked up an order last night. Ate my quesadilla and shortly after I got sick to my stomach. The food was good, had flavor, but this the second or third time this location has made me sick. Sever stomach pains and other issues.

Folded the burrito wrong so that the soggy toppings are all at one end and the meat and rice was at the other. Gross. Way to ruin the food. Has happened more than once or I wouldn't have mentioned anything.
I'm really happy that this chain has a location in Montrose, which I visit often. After a long hike in the mountains, nothing satisfies my hunger quite like a Qdoba rice bowl.
The best fast and healthy choice in Montrose! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff is always helpful and cheerful.
