I tried the new surf and turf dish, and it was quite tasty. I imagine it would be even better with the pico and crema, but I prefer to avoid spicy foods. The staff was friendly, but there is definitely a language barrier when it comes to making modifications to your order. I told one employee several times that I didn’t want crema or pico, but she seemed confused. In the end, she succeeded in leaving out the pico, but accidentally added crema, so she had to remake the dish. I also ordered a burrito and a side of queso, which took a lot of repeating as well. I would recommend ordering online if you have specific requests or adjustments to avoid any misunderstandings.
I was going to order a burrito and the girl who was asking me about the ingredients was like in a hurry and seemed mad. I understand that probably they had many orders but when we arrived there were just three groups waiting and she wasn't respecting the guidelines about being 6 feets apart because she was pushing and continously asking about what more ingredients I wanted. She didn't even let me read the ingredients and because she continued pushing I made my order wrong because I'm not familiar with the ingredients in this place. The burrito was good but I got disappointed about this experience.
Why can't you just do what people ask?! Is it coming out of your pocket? 3 times now I've asked for extra cheese and extra lettuce. WHY do you offer it if you're not going to do it?! I would even be willing to pay more FOR WHAT I WANT. How do I know I didn't get the extra I asked for? My friends also got bowls and didn't ask for extra ANYTHING and our bowls looked the same. It's laziness at best. Being cheap at worst. We're a corporate office. I hope they never use this location again. It's an extra sprinkle of cheese and lettuce.
I’ll start by saying that the nachos were delicious and the service was quick. However, both my girlfriend and I ended up with food poisoning the next day. I’d like to think it could have been something else, but it was the only meal we shared. We both experienced the same symptoms for a day and a half. I usually enjoy a lot of Mexican food and handle spicy sauces well, but unfortunately, the bacteria got the better of me this time. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are very friendly. One suggestion is to ensure that all options are available in the soda machine. Additionally, it would be great if the staff could pay more attention to the tables. Just because we as customers take out our trash doesn’t necessarily mean the tables are clean.
I always enjoy Qdoba! This location consistently has a fast-moving line. The food is served hot and tastes fantastic. The staff is friendly and makes me feel like a regular, despite my visits being just a few times a year. The restaurant is clean, the food is excellent, and the service is outstanding.
Delicious food and a welcoming staff. The reason I'm giving this place five stars is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even though they were out of water cups, they ensured we still received water without charging us for larger cups to compensate for their shortage.

This was the dirtiest location I have even been to. The food was cold, the food on the line look like it had not been turned over all day. I did capture a photo of the overflowing trash.
