Qdoba Mexican Eats

Would give zero stars if I could, don’t even know why I bothered to wait so long in line. With FOUR employees up front working, it blows my mind how they are ALL working on the online orders instead of just having specific people do it to get the line in the store moving. My boyfriend and I have never tried the food from here and figured we would today as there was only a few people in line. After they left without even ordering, we were wondering if they were waiting long which it became clear that they were. Another 15 minutes of standing there and having the employees just look at us, we decided it was time to walk out as the woman nearest to us pulled out another 4 orders to make before...

There were 2 people working on a Saturday. I was the only person in the store waiting in line to order. The one employee says it will be a bit of a wait, which was polite hence the 2 stars and not 1. I asked how long and she said 15 minutes! I said no and left. This happens all the time when I go there. They get these large on call orders and won't serve anyone in person until they finish the to go order. Either the line backs up or you're just standing in line staring at the counter. The longest I waited was 55 minutes! It would take two minutes to just put food in a bowl and ring me out and then go back to the on call order. I'm the one that's physically there waiting. It's a broken system...

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in awhile. There were only 2 people in line, but the guy making the order was more worried about talking instead of making the food. The lady at the cash register was very unfriendly and rude. Kitchen looked absolutely disgusting as well.

Attempted to try the Elote bowl but I cannot have rice. Asked for salad instead of rice...NOT!Wouldn't do it. Lost me. No more eating here. Sorry.
