Really Bad... Went there this Sunday for a family lunch. First we booked online and arrived to find that they had no records of our confirmed reservation (proof by text and email of reservation). After a bit we received a nice table by the water...which made up for that. However, the waitress was less than useless. Took three reminders to bring water to the table (arrived 1h30 into our being there), forgot to place our order with the kitchen so it took 1h15 for our starter course to come. I was invited there for a B-Day dinner and i was nicely surprised, a very cool table with view over the Marne River was waiting for us. The restaurant pretty well for those who like modern an zen style. WIth a big wide screen for...those who are inside. The service was pretty well, as they where kind of overbooked...in the end we had the coffees for free. Everybody was pleased with what they had for dinner. We were 7. I had: Oeuf mollet (delicious) Tartare de boeuf (it was good but not specially remarkable) and Café Gourmand (excellent). The fairly recent Quai Est has replaced an Italian restaurant, itself being a replacement of a Lebanese restaurant. The location enjoys a privileged site with views on the Marne river. This is very relaxing in the spring temperatures. The food is good, but it has...a major advantage. It is not boring. We have initiated guests to ceviche (a Peruvian recipe), very well prepared. We have been there several times. As a couple, service is naturally efficient. It is less so when you come as a larger group. In any case, a good place to try out.

During a winter dinner I could not enjoy either thye terrasse nor the view on the beautiful Marne river. THe restaurant itself is very modern and stylish. Being there with a large group I could not order from the menu but the dishes served were pretty good, the wine was average. A nice option for this area, will have to try it in the summer..
We went as a group of five. The setting is very elegant, in black and gray; a wonderful view of the Marne River; decently priced food. As appetizers we shared nems (spring rolls) and tempura shrimp, We all had fish dishes as entrees, and the...fish was excellent and fresh. Service was not only with a smile, but pleasantries as well.

Personnel raciste, prix exorbitant pour le peu de goût qu'il y'a dans l'assiette. Même les gâteaux à la boue de ma fille de 5 ans auraient plus de goût. Première fois que je mets les pieds dans ce restaurant et à peine arrivé que je sais que je n'y reviendrai plus jamais.
