Four of us went for supper last night, the waitress was friendly but had a difficult time understanding us. I had to explain to her how to make a simple , vodka/ginger ale. She never came spontaneously to our table, we had to call for her . When taking our order she didn’t write anything down . Three of us were served our excellent pizza’s, while our fourth party was left waiting, and waiting and waiting. Finally we called the waitress and inquired, where was the pizza?? She had forgotten it, so our fourth person was left sharing some of our pizza’s then eventually hers appeared.she was eating her supper alone after we had all finished ours. I had a terrible experience with the service here. I ordered a pizza for delivery, but they sent me the wrong one. When I reached out to get it corrected, the staff member I spoke to insisted that it was a pepperoni pizza, even though I was clearly holding a completely different pizza. She wouldn't allow me to speak to anyone else and kept arguing with me. I had to threaten to drive down to speak to a manager just to get them to send the correct pizza, which I had already paid for. It was incredibly frustrating; all she needed to do was apologize and promise to send a new pizza. Instead, I ended up arguing on the phone for half an hour just to receive what I had ordered.
If I had to give an overall rating for this restaurant, I would give it a perfect 10/10. Everything, from the food to the service, was exceptional. I would, and have, recommended this establishment to anyone in search of meals that not only taste fantastic but also look incredible. Dining here is truly worth every penny. Thank you to the staff and the chef for the outstanding food and warm service!
I had a fairly good experience at the restaurant. The food was served hot, and the hash browns were outstanding—well-seasoned and delicious. However, the reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is that the manager or owner was loudly yelling at the staff the entire time we were there. The restaurant has a spacious and clean atmosphere, complemented by friendly staff. My meal was expertly prepared and served in a generous portion. The vibe here reminds me of a 'Denny's'-style establishment, offering all the essential elements you would expect from a good dining experience.
First time eating here, enjoyed the 'Indian Special ' pizza! Wasn 't a busy time, great attentive and friendly service. Looks like a real family business attached to the motel. Heard another patron praise 'best fish and chips in town '. Underwhelming atmosphere, but worth the stop!
