Absolutely horrid!!! Photos on the website of the rooms do not accurately depict what 75-80% of what the rooms actually look like! Lobby has been remodeled and a few rooms too but that 's all. Rooms smell awful, air freshener stuffed in a/c units make you sick. Rooms are old and not cleaned very well. If you stay here and need to perform work duties on your computer... Good luck!!! Horrible Internet or cell phone service. NO SECURITY!!! No cameras in outlying parking areas or hallways. The outlying doors have signs stating Key Card Required for entry HA! Reserved the room (7 nights) over a month in advance still ended up on the 2nd floor. The disgusting customer service started at check-in when we learned they canceled my mom 's 1 night reservation (but not Our reservation) due to late check-in . Entered the room found dried blood on the bathroom floor... and a half-used roll of toilet paper. We vacation in this area yearly and we will Not be returning to Quality Inn. The only positive worth mentioning was the daily breakfast offered with a good variety of healthy choices. Hot tub was actually hot. Asked for more towels and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond and went ahead and made the bed and replaced supplies. Other than a loud a couple one of the nights the room was quiet. Exterior dores which are supposed to be key card access were broken. Reported that to the front desk but that was not a priority to the front desk worker.
Never stay here. The staff will steal any items left behind. They will then hang up on you when you call about your stuff. Worst hotel experience and service I have ever had in my life.
