this place is veg friendly. I think they have meat and organic products here, among the veggie and vegan products. there is a deli where you can buy ready food. they have a lot of veggie and vegan products. my favorites you will find here the vegan Alfredo sauce. they can simply spend a few hours here: there is the deli; there is a vitamin / supplement section; a chilled/frozen section with vegan cheese, vegan cream cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan ice creams; pastas; sauces; protein bars; etc.
Their range of products is extensive, but for some reason, they didn’t have a few items I was looking for. I noticed that the prices were higher than those at many other small independent health food stores, and the overall atmosphere felt a bit less inviting than I remember. The two staff members I interacted with were very friendly, but I just didn’t feel the same warmth and atmosphere that I used to experience when I visited regularly.
This place has Everything! But not 100% vegan or vegetarian they still carry meat and fish product. A little on the pricey side but they do carry many hard to find items, which is great if you don't have time to travel to Whole Foods in Manhattan. The best part is that they accept EBT/Food Stamps! :
