This was my first visit to Quesada, and I've become quite a fan of burritos over the past couple of years. I noticed Quesada as a relatively new option, and since my usual burrito spot didn't have a location nearby, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to give them a try. I was not disappointed! The food was very similar to what I'm used to, with just a few minor differences. The wide variety of salsas and sauces is great for those who enjoy some variety. I tried the regular beef barbacoa burrito, which could have benefited from some red and green peppers, but overall it was very tasty. The chips and salsa were delightful, though having some queso would have been a nice addition. All in...
Usually I go to quesada all the time in Ontario usually next to perfect and super tasty!!but went to the one here slightly overcooked the burrito so it was black when it came to toppings the ancho pork was empty and only like half a scoop left so they put that on and that was it. , toppings were all chincy Tasted good as is should (3star pts) but the effort put into it , and the amount that was in it with lackluster appeal looking like he wanted to be at work
I visited this restaurant for the first time in about a year, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. The staff were not wearing their masks properly, which was concerning. More importantly, my burrito was disappointing. It was messy, with salsa spilled all over the outside (and I didn't even request extra salsa). The meat tasted as though it had been sitting in the fridge for a week, and overall, it was quite bland.
A very unpleasant experience... We ordered our meal online, received a confirmation number and when we arrived 10 minutes before closing time, the place was locked up. We have tried calling them multiple times since then to try and cancel our order and can't get anywhere with them. They claim they don't know how to refund our money. We love quesada food but because of these circumstances we can't give them a good review. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Sadly this place was my favorite. Not anymore. No toilet tissue, hand paper in the bathroom. Even the till was out of paper. Then I had to eat my salad with a spoon because they're out of forks. I feel sorry for the sweet, kind gal that was working here tonight.
Hats off to Representative Devanshi for her amazing customer service and for ensuring that our order was perfect. She definitely has great taste, always suggesting various ingredients to enhance the flavor of your meal!
