Hemos estado este fin de semana en sotres visitando la quesería main, una visita totalmente recomendable, se visita la quesería con una explicación super interesante y luego te llevan a ver una cueva de maduración de queso preciosa, el paseo hasta la cueva con unas vistas del pueblo y de las montañas espectacular. Al final dan una degustación con la que comes o meriendas de queso cabrales riquísimo y sidra. El cabrales de 10 meses de maduración EXQUISITO!! Si vais por sotres una visita obligada.
