"This morning we visited the farm, we were going to participate in the cheese workshop. My kids didn't know they were going, it was a surprise, and they really took it. the spectacular site, receives us a lovely family, even a couple of goats come to greet us. We started milking the goats, we tried! the hostess takes us to a small moeo, then we went to the cheese shop where I explain the cheese, the drying process, the healing. We went to another room, where we could make our cheese. Mary Jesus is one of those people who enjoy her work and all that passion she feels to convey to us. We have enjoyed everything we have done, seen, learned, of nature, the natural. and so pure people. Thank you...

Saliendo de Aracena en dirección a Castañuelo, a unos 7 Km se emplaza la Finca Los Robledos, una finca ecológica que se puede visitar y realizar un taller para aprender a elaborar tu propio queso de cabra. Y es que esta finca pertenece a la Quesería Monte Robledo, donde se produce un galardonado queso de leche cruda de cabra siguiendo técnicas tradicionales y ancestrales. Para visitar la finca hay que reservar previamente. El taller comienza con el ordeño de las cabras de donde sacaremos la leche para elaborar nuestro queso. Luego la propietaria, Mª Jesús, irá explicando el proceso de elaboración: calentar la leche, echar el cuajo, romper el cuajo, colarlo para separar el suero, y finalmente...

Está mañana hemos visitado la finca, íbamos a participar en el taller de elaboración de quesos. Mis hijos no sabían a que iban, era sorpresa, y de verdad que se la llevaron. El sitio espectacular, nos recibe una familia encantadora, hasta un par de cabras vienen a saludarnos. Empezamos por ordeñar a las cabras, se intentó!! La anfitriona nos llevo a un pequeño museo, después pasamos a la quesería donde nos explico la elaboración del queso,el proceso de secado, curación... Pasamos a otra estancia, donde pudimos elaborar nuestro queso. Maria Jesús es una de esas personas que disfruta con su trabajo y toda esa pasión que siente nos la transmitió.
